Every morning, I want you to check in with your mind, emotions, body and spirit. Just spend a few minutes before you open your eyes to connect with each part of you.

This is a chance to offer yourself self-love every single day and only takes a few moments.

How To Journal

There is no right or wrong way to journal because you are choosing to spend quality time just with you - your mind, feelings and soul - and that's enough. It's a wonderful step to more deeply knowing and loving yourself!

That said, if you like a system and some structure, then this is my go-to, super simple strategy.

Quit Energy Drains

If you've been feeling sluggish, unmotivated, uninspired or emotionally fragile then it's very likely that your energy is being drained - so let's put a stop to it!

Choose Loving Thoughts

I would like to invite you to stop self harming with mean and nasty thoughts. It's time to quit that self sabotage and choose thoughts that love you.

Feel Your Feelings

I would like to invite you to listen to your feelings because they are how your Spirit tells you whether you are on track or not. I want you to honour and express how you feel too because when you don't you are creating volatile moods, sleepless nights, depression, decreased sex drive, bad skin, disease....need I go on!?

Self Nurturing

I would like to invite you to be kind to yourself! Self nurturing is the aim of the game. It's your new modus operandi. A new way of doing life. With love.

Choose A Daily Practice

Self Love is Self Responsibility. By choosing the path of self love, you are creating brand new habits of behaviour and that takes determination and persistence. You are discovering brand new muscles you never knew you had and they need to be exercised - daily!
