Note to self…

 

Hello beautiful truth seeker.

 

Today I would like to remind you who you are….because sometimes I think you forget.

 

Lady, you are a beautiful being of light.

 

You are so much more than your physical body or your busy chattering mind and your often turmoiling emotions.

 

You are a big beautiful bundle of energy created by the source of energy that created all things.

 

You are that source of energy. You do no stand separate or alone.

 

You have the power of that intelligent, creative source energy. You are a creator with an infinite capacity to manifest your deepest desires.

 

I know that being human and experiencing the challenges of life can have you feel alone sometimes. It can have you feel defenceless and lost.

 

Today I want to remind you that you chose to be here, right now, having the experiences you are having in this very moment.

 

You desired to know yourself more intimately and to experience yourself in a more physical and tangible way.

 

To revel in your senses and to feel so so deeply.

 

When it hurts, remember that you have an opportunity to forgive and to delve deeper into knowing yourself.

 

When you give yourself a hard time, remember that you have an opportunity to offer yourself compassion and understanding.

 

When you wonder what this life is all about, remember that you are here to learn to love yourself.

 

You are here to do whatever it takes to embody love and share that juicy goodness with the planet. God knows we need you.

 

You are needed. You are meant to be here. You are special.

 

Today I invite you to tune into this truth, to listen to your heart and ask yourself how you desire to experience more of yourself today.

 

In this moment, you have an opportunity. Listen to your heart – she always has the answers. I promise.
