Note to self….(because sometimes we all need a reminder!)
Ever since I can remember I have worried. It has been a default program running (and ruining) my life.
Can you relate??
As a little girl, I worried about everything. I had good reason to. For a variety of reasons, I didn’t always feel particularly safe in the world and I wasn’t taught that the Universe was designed to love and care for me.
My parents worried too. It was their default operating system. So, I learned that behavioral trait and it became my ‘normal’ state.
When we worry, we are focussed on the past or the future – both being out of our control. It’s a state that can never be healed while we choose not to be present to the moment and the truth that we do have all we need, right now.
Worry is a resistant energy. It suggests lack and attack.
Universe Law states that only abundance exists. Anything suggesting otherwise is fear based, not true and blocks our receptivity to love (in all its forms).
When we worry, we are pushing away what we most desire.
When we worry we are blocking the natural flow of Universal Love that desires to support us.
When we choose to quit the habit of worry we allow inspiration and solutions to appear.

I invite you to love yourself enough to remember that you are a part of the Universe and that Universe is love.
I invite you to give yourself a break and be easy on yourself.
With compassion, drop the habit of worry. It’s not your truth.
The truth of you is so beautiful and so perfect and is so worthy of abundance in all its forms.
