Note to self…

 

Your Soul CHOSE your body, your family, your life so that you could know yourself more fully.

 

Anything that feels tough is an opportunity for you to step up and love yourself more deeply – warts ’n all!

 

Life can throw some pretty hairy curve balls. I know it. 19 years ago today my Mum took her own life. It was bloody tragic and I will never forget the pain of it.

 

Within that very shitty experience was an opportunity for me. It was a decade before I realised it and I wasted 10 years living as a victim before waking up to what was being presented to me – a chance to love myself deeply and completely.

 

Your Soul needs you to step up NOW. Don’t wait. There is never a ‘perfect’ time.
