Note to self…

 

So often we behave in life in a way that is reflective of the thoughts, feelings and behaviours of our parents and many many generations before us.

 

That can have us feel as if we are a puppet to someone else’s life.

 

It is soul destroying!

 

We are literally living a lie because we are not living out our own purpose.

 

When you get conscious to this role playing dynamic, you put yourself in a position to CHOOSE your own role.

 

Remember, you are not a victim. You have a choice. Always.
