Every Tuesday throughout January I am sharing my personal ‘go-to’ self-love support tools because I am a big believer that what you ingest – whether that’s what you read, watch, listen to or swallow – contributes to your mental, emotional and physical health in equal measures.

Body Calm – by Sandy C Newbigging

I refer nearly all of my clients to this book. The mind/body connection is absolutely incredible and through our coaching I have witnessed my clients heal an array of physical problems ranging from severe back and joint pain to M.E. and chronic fatigue to asthma to sexual disfunction.  The appendix in the back of Sandy’s book is a bible for identifying the emotional / mental connection to physical dis-ease.
