Hope you enjoyed reading the action plan of the last 7 days to take you out of your head and into your body. I wonder, after reading the suggested tools, did you take action on any that appealed to you? If you did, brilliant! Keep at it because as we know, change doesn’t happen over night. Remember that persistence and determination are crucial while you are creating new habits to improve your life. If you liked some of the tools and thought they would more than likely help you but have not taken action, now is the time to make a choice.

While writing the action plan, I was spurred into action. I did some stream of consciousness writing, something I have not done in a while and proved again to myself just how effective it is. I made a point of spending time outdoors with my son and playing. I also had a lot of fun this weekend – great to get back on that dance floor!
I hope you will be daring and mighty in your own way this week and inject some new practices or routines into your day to start creating the life you really want. Remember, how you feel right now is so important.
