It’s Crystal Clear!

This, the second newsletter in our Autumn Series about Energy and Vibration, is devoted to the Japanese scientist, Dr Masaru Emoto, whose New York Times best-seller, The Hidden Message in the Water, is an amazing exploration of water and how it changes on a molecular level. This work really does have the potential to transform your world-view.

Dr Emoto studied water, the most receptive of the four elements for many years. His realisation that water actually has the ability to copy information was astounding!! Emoto developed temperature controlled experiments which enabled him to photograph water under a microscope and view its crystalline molecular structure.  What is most incredible about the findings is the observation that the crystals of the water change according to the stimulus to which they are exposed.

Dr Emoto exposed music, spoken words, words that were typed, as well as pictures and videos to water. After it was crystallised, the water’s response was truly incredible and in many cases beautiful.

The implications of all of this to ourselves and to the planet are profound. Given that the human body is made up of 60% water, it really gives us pause for thought about what thoughts and vibrations we are exposing ourselves to. How might your own thoughts and words be affecting your own experiences? How might your thoughts and words be affecting those around you? How might your words affect your children. Could our own dis-ease be creating disease?

Emoto says that he has found the most beautiful crystal of all – the one created by the words “love and gratitude”.

So it would appear that thoughts really do become things! So here’s to you uplifting the vibration of your own body and mindset! Why not set the intention to embrace loving thoughts, and thoughts of gratitude and choose your words carefully. If we listen to and absorb what water has to say, our very lives and those of those around us will be transformed to ones of peace and love.

Big Love and Gratitude!
