Love Note – Express your anger. Repression breeds depression

Note to self…

 

Our society isn’t too comfortable with the expression of emotions!

 

We bury our feelings and are encouraged not to cry.

 

We are told not to be angry – to take a deep breath, relax and be calm.

 

It’s not working! It’s why we suffer so much dis-ease.

 

As a society we are repressed and depressed. We are sick and tired.

 

And we yearn for happiness.

 

Lucky lady, here’s the secret…..

 

Happiness is found within self-acceptance. That means allowing yourself to feel the way you feel.

 

If you feel angry, it’s ok! BE angry!

 

Don’t go do a yoga class and suppress your anger.

 

Let it out! Set it free!

 

Bash a pillow, go for a run, scream in the car, dance it out….

 

You choose.

 

Just stop repressing and start expressing. You will feel happier. Trust me!
