Note to self…(because sometimes we all need a reminder!)
Today’s affirmation is a mantra that I use when I meditate or if I feel uncertain or anxious. It grounds me into the present moment, helping me to remember that I literally only have control over this very second. This very moment.
Within this moment I am ok – I have all I need to support me. I am living and breathing. I am able to consciously choose my thoughts and therefore my feelings. I am able to choose my intention for the moment, the way I desire to be or to express myself. In this very moment, I am in charge and I am fully supported.
I find this mantra to be super grounding and incredibly liberating as a result.
When I am present I am not living in the past or the future – both of which are out of my control. I am here for me. I can totally have my back.
I remember who I am.
