Note to self…(because sometimes we all need a reminder!)

 

I was lying in bed the other night, chatting with my man and reflecting on all that I have to be grateful for in my life. And then I said, “As much as I am SO happy with all we have, I desire even more! I am ready for some adventure!!”

 

I love my Spirit – she is always up for more. She always craves more experiences to stretch, expand and grow.

(by the way – so does your Spirit!!)

 

I believe that tuning in to the voice of your Spirit and honoring her calling is key to feeling fulfilled in life.

 

So, after this conversation we committed to a trip to Barcelona where we will take part in ‘MindValley’s’ Academy. CLICK HERE to check it out! I head over there tomorrow.

 

We will be students of their Life University. I will also teach some classes around Self-Love to children and I am so excited to share principles that I WISH they taught in schools!! Even better, my son is joining us to take part in the children’s classes.

 

So, June has suddenly become one big adventure for us! Honoring that inner whisper feels SO good.
