Note to self…(because sometimes we all need a reminder!)
Today I would like to challenge you with a question.
How do you REALLY feel about the concept of loving yourself??
Do you think you are worthy of self love?
Do you think it’s selfish and ego-centric to love yourself?
Do you feel guilty to put yourself first?
Do you think you are love-able?
What is your truth?
I know plenty of people who think the idea of self-love is great but they don’t REALLY believe in it because of fear based thoughts that are blocking them to fully receiving the self-appreciation and self-honoring that they know can change their life.
So, if you desire to love yourself then check out your deepest beliefs around the concept.
Awareness is the first step to change.
I invite you to transform your beliefs if they are not supporting your desire to be your own most trusted, most safe, most loving and reliable best friend.
