Self-love invites you to prioritise your mental health every single day.

On #worldmentalhealthday I want to remind you how loved you are.

On days when we feel particularly low, it’s so easy to forget and instead believe no-one cares, that you have to battle life alone, and that no one would miss you if you were gone.

Today and every day, be courageous and dare to remember that you are loved. Dare to notice where there is love in the world for you.

I have a feeling that the day my mum took her own life, she forgot how loved and needed she was and how full of purpose her life was. If only she remembered …..

Taking care of your mental health has to be prioritised as just as important as your work and the needs of others.

Self-love invites you to prioritise your mental health every single day.

So, what’s one thing you could do today to take care of the thoughts you think?

What would be a kind thing you could tell yourself today?

Who could you ask for help?

And remember, even when you can’t see it and it feels impossible to believe it, you ARE loved.

With so much love,

Katie xx
