How to get Body Confident!

In today’s ‘Cuppa With Katie’ I am joined by Shelly Burns – creator of the FIT Menopause BluePrint – to discuss body confidence. 

Shelly works with women aged 40-60 who want to manoeuvre through their perimenopause and menopause obstacles using fitness, nutrition, mindset and self care.  

Body confidence can feel like a real obstacle to women in midlife, stopping them from dating and thereby blocking them to experiencing the love and connection they crave and deserve.
