Note to self…(because sometimes we all need a reminder!)
I LOVE this affirmation. It’s so simple!
I Am Happy.
You are a conscious being. When you align with that truth you are able to witness your thoughts, behaviors and feelings with perspective.
You get to be a curious witness to your human-ness.
That part of you that can witness your thoughts, behaviors and feelings is your Spirit – the creative, intelligent energy that is SO expansive and loving.
You are your Spirit.
You are not your thoughts, behaviors or feelings.
So, when you notice that you are thinking anything that doesn’t make you happy you get to notice the thought and remember, “Oh! That’s just a thought. That’s not who I am!” And then you get to remember that you are infinite love with an infinite capacity for creativity.
You can choose to think thoughts that make you feel how you desire to feel.
Remember, your thoughts are the driving force behind your feelings. If you don’t like how you feel, check out those thoughts!
Upgrade your thoughts to thoughts that LOVE YOU rather than thoughts that sabotage and self-harm.

PS. I would like to remind you that all feelings are normal and natural. I am not saying it’s bad or wrong to not feel happy. Sometimes we are sad and angry and anxious. That’s human! I invite you to allow the tougher feelings space to be expressed and honored. Move through them. Then get to work on re-wiring your mind with self-loving thoughts that serve you.
