What does a ‘big life’ mean to you?

Once upon a time, I would have defined a ‘big life’ as traveling the world, climbing mountains, sailing the seas on a super yacht, living in foreign countries, stretching my mind, having incredible life-changing experiences, creating businesses ….

And that’s still true. And I have done all of that and continue to.

And.

I have discovered that the biggest frontier I have had to encounter that now defines a ‘big life’ for me is a relationship.

Finding and maintaining a loving partnership has been my biggest mountain to climb and I am so proud of the risks, courage, and daring it has taken and still takes.

You have got to go for your dreams.

Once upon a time, I decided that I would do whatever it took to uncover my blocks to love.

I got proactive and decided I wasn’t going to wait for my knight in shining armour to come to rescue me.

I would rescue myself first and I would find the courage to know and love myself first, trusting that the relationship would follow.

This relationship takes me to the edge of knowing and loving myself every single day. It stretches me into uncomfortable and vulnerable conversations regularly. It’s a wild ride and we are now committed to living a big life together.

I wonder if you can relate.

What does a ‘big life’ mean to you? I’d love to know!

With love,

Katie xx
