Every Saturday during ‘The Month of Self Love’ I have been inviting you to initiate new self care and physical wellbeing habits for the year ahead. How have you enjoyed that? BOOK A TREATMENT

Today I invite you to choose at least one treatment you would love to indulge in and go book it. Let me give you a few ideas!

Manicure
Pedicure
Massage
Ayurvedic Treatment 
Waxing
Full body scrub
Acupuncture
Reflexology
Floatation Tank
Facial
Or go for a full spa day!

Perhaps you could make a commitment to try one new thing a month? Or commit to a regular schedule of massages (you might even get a discount if you book in several in advance!). Perhaps book in a spa day with some girlfriends for a date in the future to give you all something to look forward to. January is a great time to plan out your year of self care. 
I’m a bit of a nail-bar addict and this year I am booking in a schedule of regular massage. It’s my most indulgent treat and my body thanks me for it every single time. 

There’s something incredibly self honouring about booking in a treatment. It communicates that you are worth it. And you are. 

Enjoy treating your beautiful body – the home of your soul.
