Step 4: Care For Your Wondrous Body

Here’s an excerpt from my book, ‘The Self-Love Affair’:

“Your body is your HQ! It is the vehicle that allows you to have this awesome human experience. It is literally the house in which you live. So it goes without saying how important it is to honour and respect your physical self!”

I invite you to love your body. You are a super smart and sassy woman so I don’t think I need to spoon feed to you what that means.

Infact, in the spirit of my belief that all your answers are within you, then I invite you to tap into your inner wisdom and ask yourself what you need to do to love your body more?

Do you need to commit to getting more sleep, exercise, eating healthily and expressing your emotions safely?

Taking simple steps around sleep, diet, exercise and emotional expression will mean you are living in a body that is the best version of you.

The more you consciously take care of your body, the better you will feel about yourself.

Self care is key. Why not grab your journal and commit to 10 things that you could do to love your body more.

We pay attention and spend time with the things we love, so I urge you to develop a relationship with your physical self with deep compassion and grace.
