4 things you can do to improve your ability to be compassionate

The ability to be compassionate with others starts with our ability to be compassionate with ourselves. 

The incredible @jennifernadel – writer, broadcaster, campaigner and speaker – hosted a Masterclass on Compassion in our Evolution Membership today and she shared her Four Pillars to creating a relationship with ourselves that enables self compassion.
