How to completely love and accept yourself

Today I share the importance of:

  • Acknowledging your feelings
  • Releasing attachment to how you think you ‘should’ feel or wanting to feel differently
  • How to move out of the overwhelm in your head and into the peace and power of your body
  • How to move into a receiving energy 

This is a super practical session with a ‘Wild Kuan Yin’ oracle card reading at the end (which was SO on point, it took my breath away).
