Today I’m emphasising the importance of reflection and gratitude so if you are fully focussed forward right now and feeling a tad overwhelmed or doubting yourself as a result, this conversation and practical exercise is for you.

We do a brain dump (to clear the burdens from your mind) followed by a focus on just how bloody fabulous you are. Today is a chance to fully acknowledge and receive yourself which allows you to settle into your heart and hear the guidance of your soul.

We are 6 months through the year and I felt it was a perfect time to reflect back on how far you’ve come.
