{LOVE NOTE} How To Feel Good – A Challenge

I believe a woman’s self empowerment is very much connected to her ability to be connected to her feminine energy.

In our endeavour to feel equal to men within a patriarchal world, we have been taught to push, strive, compete and make happen. No-one taught us how to be guided by our intuition, connected to our innate truth and the magic of co-creating with the Universe. Our feminine wisdom knows how to do this – it is our nature – and yet we must learn this way of doing life because we have been conditioned otherwise. That’s why life can feel so draining. The self judgement and strive to perfectly do it all, be it all and have it all is exhausting.

Our feminine nature KNOWS that the key to feeling happy, at peace and purposeful is to feel good. When we feel good, we attract more to feel good about and life feels easy.

This week I ran a ‘Feel Good Challenge’ over in The Self Love Hub (my private Facebook Group).

The challenge wasn’t pre-planned or prescriptive – I simply shared how I was committed to feeling good each day and as a result was able to share / teach lots of juicy self-love tips to support your journey home to you. 

So, I thought I would briefly summarise the feel good challenge for you and give easy links to each video.
