Positive thinking and affirmations aren’t enough.

When it comes to self love, an important aspect of your self awareness is noticing when you are being mean to yourself and to lovingly course correct. 

We all know that mean self talk, self judgement and self criticism is self harming. 

Choosing to notice those thoughts and consciously choosing self loving and self affirming thoughts is key to feeling better. 

But! I am speaking to lots of women who are really dedicated to this practice and yet they still feel like they aren’t as aligned and connected with themselves as they would like to be.

That’s because they are missing a crucial step in the process of shifting self harming thoughts to self loving thoughts and that’s what I would like to share with you today – that one crucial step.
