There is so much I want to say about my experience of the last 4 days at The Vitality Show but it is 22:30, I just got home and I am tired beyond words. So, I will be kind to myself and eat a decent meal, have a G&T and watch some TV. I deserve

I just had a look at my calendar to see what I was doing this time last year and am stunned to discover that I was still experimenting with production of my affirmation art boards. It wasn’t until May that I was producing the boards to the standard, quality and style that I had visioned.
