I think the most important lesson I have learned in the last few years is the power of gratitude. Such a simple concept but so crucial. At first I understood it on an intellectual level but as the years have passed by and as I get more and more in touch with my true self
THANKS
THE BEAUTY OF IMPERFECTION
I was chatting with The Mac Daddy today – he knows who he is!! I have decided to create Greeting Cards out of all the Affirmation Art designs and he has been converting my files for this purpose. I did a small run of cards back in May and they sold out in two
MISSION – TO GET FIT!
‘Get Fit’ is on my Bag List. Ah, an oldie but a goodie! Reckon that has been a new year’s resolution for at least the last 5 years – since I was pregnant. I was fit before that. I am not overweight – lucked out there – but I need to exercise to be healthy.
HAPPINESS IS …..
I spent much of the day today thinking about what made me happy. The subject seems to be coming up a lot – perhaps the Universe is testing me to see if I really know what makes me happy and if I am ensuring I make those things a regular part of my life! Gotta
KEEPING THE FAITH
When I started this project to write about how my day counted every single day, I looked for a sign that confirmed I was doing the right thing for the right reasons. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF ….
Today was a typical day in the life of Daring & Mighty : Status call with Jennie HK – my partner in crime on the ‘Fine to Fabulous’ workshop ( check it out: www.finetofabulousworkshop.com ). Jen is actually ‘busy’ hooning it down black runs in France somewhere……! Met with the ‘boys’ who prep and hand
JUST KEEP SWIMMING
This is a bizarre experience. I am sat in front of the computer with absolutely no idea what to write. I have made myself a cup of Pukka Tea in my novelty campervan mug (love christmas stockings!) – trying desperately to avoid a glass of wine (3rd night in a row. Well done!). Have lit
KEEPING IT SIMPLE
At the top of my Bag List is spending more quality time with Finn, my 4yr old son. No doubt if you have children, this is likely to be something you already strive to achieve and it can be quite a challenge for a multitude of reasons, relevant to your circumstances. I think it is fair
