Today I was reminded how important it is to stop and recognise what you are achieving. It’s another tool which helps me stay in conscious awareness. In balance. I’ve been feeling rather off the last few days, wondering what this life of mine is all about. Not like me. And I do still blame

NEVER GIVE UP
This video says it all. Hope you love it as much as I do. Thanks Oli – www.thinkpossible.co.uk
VIDEO EXPERIMENT
I have been feeling rather flat and moody the last few days and haven’t been able to put my finger on the reason why until I flicked open a magazine this-morning to an article about SAD – Seasonal Affective Disorder. Clearly I am in need of sunshine! Growing up in Australia means I expect a
FINE TO FABULOUS
You may remember that I ran a workshop recently called ‘Fine To Fabulous’ with Jennie HK (pictured with me above). Well, quite a large chunk of the workshop involved the women in the group defining where their dissatisfaction lay and what they would commit to doing in order to improve that area of their life. One

SUNDAY LUNCH

Finn and I were both a bit under the weather today, so we took it easy. Popped out for some groceries but the rest of the day was spent watching films, baking (appallingly!) and pottering about the house. Taking time out to chill with Finn takes my mind off work. My work occupies
